- Head down the hatch near Fort Joy Kitchen
- Speak with Thola and start a battle against several level 4 enemies.
- Exit the arena and speak to Nebora who the blacksmith in Fort Joy and is found near North entrance. Agree that you are the One and she will remove your collar, updating The Collar quest!
Warning: Guards will immediately throw you into prison in they see you without your collar. Magister related quests (The Murderous Gheist) can still be done with party members who still have a collar.
