Walkthrough

Variant 1: Let Nebora remove it from one party member

  1. Win the Arena below the kitchen in Fort Joy
  2. Talk to Nebora and tell her that you have won
  3. she will remove the collar on your main character

WARNING: Guards will immediately throw you into prison in they see you without your collar.

Variant 2: Seekers Camp (late act 1)

  1. Speak tp the NPC's Duggen & Leya after you saved their leader
